Our HR Policy

Promoting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion

SLF Group is committed to combating all forms of discrimination, whether related to gender, origin, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic. We ensure that our recruitment processes strictly adhere to these principles, fostering diversity within the company. We strongly believe that diversity is a key driver of performance and success.

We also invest in continuous training and skills development for our employees, convinced that upskilling is essential to meet the evolving needs of the company and to ensure professional growth for everyone.

In addition, we are committed to promoting long-term youth employment by providing personalized support within our companies. We encourage intergenerational cooperation to preserve and transfer essential knowledge and skills across teams.

Improving Working Conditions

We place the highest priority on the safety, health, and well-being of our employees.

To achieve this, we implement preventive measures, including:

  • First Aid Training – 16% of our employees are certified in workplace first aid (SST), double the national average (source: SSF). We are actively increasing the number of employees trained in SST through a volunteer-based program.
  • Systematic Analysis of Workplace Accidents and Near-Miss Incidents (PAG) – Identifying and addressing root causes to prevent recurrence.

Proactive Safety Culture – We encourage safe behaviors by providing personal protective equipment (PPE) and supporting employees with physically demanding tasks, such as testing passive exoskeletons (non-motorized).

  • A dedicated ergonomist oversees the study and improvement of workplace movements and postures.
  • SLF also invests in collective protective measures, including an extraction system improvement plan to reduce fume exposure.
  • To promote workplace organization and safety, we launched the PRO Challenge, linking risk prevention to employee well-being.

Additionally, we are committed to enhancing quality of life at work by fostering a positive work environment through regular internal events that strengthen team cohesion and reinforce a sense of belonging to the SLF Group.

Ethics & Human Rights

At SLF Group, we place great importance on respect for human rights, protection against child labor, and fostering a work environment that encourages open communication and active listening. We also ensure the confidentiality of personal data for all employees in compliance with GDPR principles.

We are committed to playing an active role in society by participating in local initiatives and targeted sponsorships aligned with our core values. Our societal role extends to training employees in environmental responsibility, including waste sorting, energy conservation, and sustainable development.

In essence, our human resources policy is designed to:
Support each employee’s professional growth,
Promote inclusion and diversity,
Ensure safe and fulfilling working conditions,
Act ethically and responsibly across all operations.
We firmly believe these core values are essential to ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of our company.
